I am a professional project manager with extensive experience operating in stressful, less than optimal, and austere conditions with little to no supervision or direction to complete end goals. Fluent in Turkish and able to overcome language and cultural barriers to see that projects are completed within the constraints of the contract. Extensive experience working from the ground up in ISP/OSP telecom arena able to identify risks and mitigations to those risks.

Project completed under budget and above schedule by 2 months.
